順酐廢水處理技術要注意什么?

對順酐生產廢水的來水行隔油處理,即設置或配備一座/多座隔油調節池,通過重力流的方式將浮油截留一個隔油池中,定期進行處理;隔油調節池出水則投加強酸及異構劑藥劑在58℃-63℃下進行反應半小時,再降溫冷卻使廢水中的順丁烯二酸形成富馬酸,富馬酸在高溫下會溶解,因此可通過對廢水進行加熱,而后在進入二級處理工藝進行處理。
